452 <br /> <br /> The Board of Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus met in special <br />session at the Cabarrus Country Club located on Weddington Road, Concord, <br />North Carolina, on Tuesday, July 26, 1988, at 6:30 P.M. to consider <br />applicants for the position of County Manager. <br /> Present - Chairman: James W. Lentz <br /> Commissioners: Kenneth F. Payne <br /> William G. Hamby, Jr. <br /> Martha H. Melvin <br /> R. Giles Moss <br /> In the absence of the Clerk to the Board, the minutes were recorded by <br />Commissioner Melvin. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Payne and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved to go into Executive Session to consider <br />applicants for the County Manager position. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Payne, seconded by Chairman Lentz and <br />unanimously carried, the Executive Session was terminated.
