The call meeting of the board of County Con~issioner June 26, 1947 the <br />following members presentt J Lee White, ~ W M Morrison, R. W. <br />Cline ~d H L Fink. <br /> <br />Budget estimate for 1947 -1948 was presented by Charles, l/ Field,which <br />was gone over by commissioners. <br /> <br />On motion by W M ¥orrison second b y R 'W Cline budget estimate s,m..ary ' <br />published and tenative tax rate of .72~ on the $1OO value for prepaymen~ <br />taxes. <br /> <br />Motion rode by R W Cline seconded by H L Fink that J Lee White chairman <br /> <br />of board k~iAuthorized to sign deed for lot 100 x 225 ft adjoining <br /> <br />S nclatr a f. comply. <br /> <br />Motionmade by R W Cline seeonded by W M Morrison that J Lee White <br />chairman make application for federal money for building of the new <br />Courthouse. <br /> <br />Board instructed ~ounty Accentaat to file copy of Budget Estimate with <br />Clerk to Board and also gave summary of Budget Estimate to Tribune and <br />Independent for publication. <br /> <br />No further bustmess they adjoin-ned to meet July 7~ 1947 <br /> <br /> <br />
