Lyles. <br /> <br /> Absent; .NOne <br /> <br /> The Chairma~ announced that this was the house and date fixed by the Boar~ for the public <br /> <br /> hearing upon-the order entitled; " <br /> <br /> .ORD~ A~THORIZING $72~000 COURTHOUSE BONDS" <br /> <br /> and that the Board would 4!diately hear an~ and all citizens and taxpayers who might desire to <br /> <br /> pretest a~ainst the issuance of said bonds. <br /> <br /> No citizen or taxpayer of the County appeared, either in person or by attorney, to protest <br /> <br /> against the iss,~nne of any of said bonds, and the Clerk announced that no protest in writing~ <br /> <br /> signed by an~ citizens ar taxpayer, had been presented. <br /> <br /> Thereupon, upon motion of Cc~m~-sioners M. S. Lyles, aecmded by Commissioner L. Bowman <br /> <br /> Barrier and carried, the order introduced and passed on first reading on November 24, 1952, en- <br /> <br /> titled; eORDE~ AUTHORIZING $72,000 COURTHOUSE BONDS" was read a second tim~ and placed upon its <br /> <br /> final passage.
