546 The Board of Co~missioners for the County of Cabarrus, North Carolina, met at the Courthouse in Concord, North Carolina, the usual place of meetin§, in adjourned regular session at lO o'clock A. lq~ on September 28, 1959. LYles, P.B.Stallin~ and ¥.Cmy lserhour. · bsents I~.Bow~an Barrier At 1OEO0 otclock A N., the me~bers of the Board of Co=~issioners for the County of Cabarrus received from the registrar and judges of election the returns of the special bond election held on ~epte~ber 26, 19!;9, in the South Concord Sanitary District. After said returns had been canvas: Comaissioner I~.S. Lyles introduced the following resolution vhich vas reads RESOLUTION ~LATI~ TO THE C.~W~LSS/H} OF THE RE~ OF lq E SPECIAL BOND ~ IT RBS/~FED by the ~oard af Cosmissioners for the County of Cabarrus: Section 1. That the returns of the special bond election held on September 26, 1959, in the South Concord Sanitary District, Cabarrus County, having been received from the proper election officers and the Board having canvassed the sa~e, the following facts are hereby found and determined$ (a) That at a special bond election held in the South Concord ~nitary District on September 26, 19~9 there vas sulmitted to the qualified 1 registered voters of said ~ouhh Concord Sanitary Dis. trict the followin/t propositions Issuing not exceeding $37,000 ~eneral Obligation Water Bonds for the p~rpose of providing funds for the acquisition and construction of a rater syste~ for the District, includin/l the acquisition, reconstruction and enlarlleaent of existing vater mains and lines, the construction ~nd installation of additional water mains and lines, and the acquisition of ar~ necessary land and rights of v~y, as authorized by a bond resol%tion adopted, by the ~anitary District Board of said District on July 29, 1959, and the levy of a tax for the pa~ent thereof. (b) That the Board believes that said election vas conducted in full compliance ti th law. (c) That the books ~mcle for the ney registration have been ex~ined by this ~ard.
