FTank McCray Commissioners: M.Smoot Lyles, W.C~uy Isenhour, P.Ersest Stallin~ and L.Bo~man Barrier MOtion by W.~uy Iserhhour, seconded by L Bowman Barrier that the following Boundaries of the Rimer Vol. Fire Department be approvedl Beginning at a point ~here the Mount Pleasant-Faith Road crosses the Cabarrus-Ro%an county ltnel thence in a south easterly direction to a Point on t1~ Low. er Stone Church Road, about 0.3 ·mile North from its intersection with Bost Road (2h3~), thence, in a South · easterly direction to a point on B°st Road (2l~3~) about 0.3 mile east of its lntersectto~ with Lower Stone Church Roadl thence in a south-westerly direction to a point on Lower Stone Church Road, about 0.3 mile south of its intersection with Bost Road thence in a southerly direction to a pointon Lower Stone Church Road, about 0.3 mtle north of its intersection with Cold Hill Road; thence in a southerly direction to a point at the intersection of Cid Hill road and road~lihl); thence directly west to a pointon Black Run creek; thence in a southerly direction to a point on Mount Pleasant Faith road about 1.3 miles south of its intersection with ~old Hill road (at Mt Pleasant rural fire distr icl line); thence in a south westerly direction to a point on Cline School road(lf2h?7) about 1.3 miles south of its intersection withh C~old Hill road; thence il~ a westerly direction to a point on Gold HiI1 road about 0.1 mile west of the bridge over Dutch Buffalo Creek; thence in a North westerly direction to apoint on Irish Potato Road (2hll), about 1 mile south of its intersection with Barrier Road; thence in a Northwesterly direction to a point on Phaniel Church Road, about 0.2 mile west of its intersection with Irish Potato Roadl thence to a point on Irish Potato Road about 0.2 mile North of its intersection with Phantel Church Road; thence directly North to a point on the Cabarrus-Rowan County line; thence in an easterly direction with the County line to the point of beginning.
