The Board of Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus met in <br />special session at the Courthouse in Concord, North Carolina on <br />Thursday, June 30, 1977 at 4:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> Present: Chairman: S. Glenn Hawfield, Jr. <br /> <br /> Commissioners: Robert A. McClary <br /> John A. Hammett <br /> Marcelle Milloway <br /> Troy R. Cook <br /> <br /> Upon motion of Commissioner Hammett, seconded by Commissioner <br />McClary and unanimously carried, the following budget ordinance <br />was adopted: <br /> <br />CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BUDGET ORDINANCE <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of Cabarrus County, <br />North Carolina, meeting in session this 30th day of June, 1977, that <br />the following fund revenues and departmental expenditures together <br />with certain restrictions and authorizations are adopted. <br /> <br />Section I.
