SERVICE AGREEMENT MEMORANDUM <br /> <br /> Upon the request of the undersigned Member Government, the Centralina Council <br />of Governments (the Council) agrees to perform the services deseribed in the attaehed <br />'Scope of Service'. The estimated cost of these services to be paid by the Member <br />Government is ~12~3o0' , as similarly ~efleeted in the Scope o~ Services for <br />CABARRUS COUNTY POSITION CLASSIFICATION PLAN. <br /> <br /> It is understood, however, that notWithstandi~ any estimates given, the ~embe~ <br />Government will be expected to pay the actual costs incurred by Centcalina in <br />providinE the se~viees, as r~uired by the Charter of the Council The Member <br />Government will be billed monthly for actual costs du~in~ the preeedin~ quarter. If, <br />during the course of this work, it appears that the services needed to complete this <br />project a~e likely to result in the total actual costs exeeedinE the estimate, the <br />Council will endeavo~ to notify the Member Government. The Member Government may <br />then approve the additional cost or reduce the scope of ~o~k.
