Mr. Michael Ruff in <br />January 24, 1989 <br />Page Three <br /> <br />The position classification project will be supervised by me. Ail my time will be covered <br />under the free hour blocks. Bob Henderson, Management Analyst with Centralina will <br />be heading up most of the field work and evaluation. Bob has worked on many similar <br />studies during his time here. Approximately one fourth of his time will be covered by <br />the free hour blocks. Working with Bob will be Deborah Carroll, doing an internship <br />with Centralina. During the previous two years, Deborah was employed by the Cape <br />Fear COG where she worked in the areas of job training and personnel classification. <br />Currently, she is a student at UNCC. Since her billable rate is the lowest, none of <br />her time will be covered by the free hour blocks. <br /> <br />We anticipate beginning the project the third week of February and will strive to <br />complete it by the latter part of May, 1989. This should coincide with your budget <br />cycle. This is the goal for the personnel work. Phases II and Ill of the project will <br />be coordinated by Bob and completed either in conjunction with the personnel work or <br />soon after, as time permits. <br /> <br />Once again, let me thank you for the opportunity to present this proposal.
