Three Mile Branch; thence following Three Mile Branch as it winds in a <br /> Northeasterly direction about 1150 feet to the northern corner of "The Pines" <br /> Subdivision; thence following the lines of this subdivision in a westerly <br /> direction along a small branch about 1350 feet to the eastern boundary of <br /> Cannon Boulevard; thence S 86~2°W, about 500 feet to a point in the eastern <br /> boundary of Central Avenue of the line of S~mmons northern boundary; thence <br /> crossing Central Avenue, following Simmons' northern boundary, and crossing <br /> the Southern Railroad right-of-way S 57~W, 330 feet to its western boundary; <br /> thence following said western boundary of the Southern Railroad in a curve to <br /> the point of boginning. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all said territory be and is hereby created and <br />established as a sanitary district to be identified by the name of Parkwood Sanitary <br />District, Oabarrus County, North Carolina. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Secretary to the State Board of Health of North <br />Carolina cause a certified copy of these resolutions t~ be sent to the Board of Com- <br />missioners of Cabarrus Coamty, North Carolina, to the end that said Board of Commissioners <br />of Cabarrus Oounty may proceed further with the completion of the creation, formation, <br />and organization of said sanitary district, all as provided by law. <br /> <br />NORTH CA~0LINA, <br />WAKE COUNTY. <br /> <br /> I, J.
