If you tear or deface or wrongly mark this ballot return it and get another. <br /> <br /> the order finally passed on September 7, 1971, authorizing not exceeding <br /> $1,500,000 County Courthouse Bonds of the County of Cabarrus for the <br />....... FOR purpose of providing funds, with any other available funds, for construct- <br /> ing and equipping a new County Courthouse and the acquisition of any <br /> necessary land and rights of way, and a tax therefor. <br /> <br /> the order finally passed on September 7, 1971, authorizing not <br />.......
