Foster <br /> <br />Notary Public <br /> <br />My commission expires 10-22-86 <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Barnhardt, seconded by Commissioner Nash <br />and unanimously carried, the Board defermdthe agreement proposed by the <br />Town of Harrisburg between Cabarrus County and Harrisburg establishing a <br />formula for determining the maximum charges payable by Harrisburg to the <br />County for transportation costs for the use of the interceptor sewer line. <br />More information is to be received from the engineering firm in regards <br />to the proposed removal of grant funds from the formula. <br /> The Board briefly reviewed the recommendation of the Cabarrus County <br />Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission for the reappointment of Messrs. <br />Richard Prim and W. O. Barnhardt to a three-year term on the Parks and <br />Recreation Advisory Commission. Members of the Board questioned the <br />eligibility of Messrs. Prim and Barnhardt to serve another term on the <br />Advisory Commission under the provisions of the County's Appointment Policy. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Nash, seconded by Commissioner Payne and <br />unanimously carried, the Board deferred appointments to the Parks and <br />Recreation Advisory Commission until January 16, 1984, and asked that <br />Mr. W. K. Cowan, Recreation Director, be present at that meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />
