57 <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Milloway, seconded by Commissioner Payne <br />and unanimously carried, the Board designated Mr. John R. Boger, Jr., County <br />Attorney, as legal counsel for Cabarrus County in the lawsuit involving <br />Chris Roger Harrell and agreed for Mr. Boger to represent Kannapolis Police <br />Officers R. A. Caskey and S. A. May and former Chief of Police R. L. Ketchie <br />in this case. <br /> There being no additional business to come before the Board, the <br />meeting was adjourned at 9:20 P.M. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
