493 <br /> <br />Contract Administration and Resident Project Representation Service <br />provided beyond the Construction Contract completion date. <br /> <br />We will perform the miscellaneous services noted above or other miscellaneous <br />services for a fee based on our payroll cost times a factor of 2.5 plus our <br />actual expenses. Automobile travel will be paid at $.20 per mile and other <br />expenses at actual cost. <br /> <br />PART VI - GENERAL CONDITIONS <br /> <br />The County has the right to terminate this agreement or any task being <br />performed at any time by written notice to us, if the County finds that it is <br />inadvisable or impossible to continue the excecution of the project, in which <br />case we shall be paid for all services performed and all actual expenses <br />incurred up to the date of termination. As a condition of receiving payment <br />after termination, we shall deliver all completed and uncompleted drawings, <br />documents and data to the County. <br /> <br />All invoices for engineering services, except as stipulated in PART I, will <br />be due within thirty (30) days after the invoice is received.
