Copies of working papers prepared in conjunction with the cost <br />allocation plan may be turned over to the County for safekeeping if <br />requested. <br /> 10. Consultant Liability If Audited. The Consultant will assume all <br />financial and statistical information provided to the Consultant by County <br />employees or representatives is accurate and complete. Any subsequent <br />disallowance of funds paid to the County under the plan is the sole responsi- <br />bility of the County. However, where a disallowance had an impact on the fee <br />computation, the computation will be recalculated and any unearned portion of <br />the fee will be returned to the client. Additionally, the Consultant will <br />provide assistance to the County should an audit be undertaken of County <br />indirect costs. <br /> 11. Notices. McGinnis, County Manager, reported that the County had <br />joined the North Carolina Counties Liability and Property Joint Risk Manage- <br />ment Agency. He stated that the cost of insurance was approximately <br />$21,000.00 greater than the County's insurance cost last year.
