e. A letter of condolence is to be sent to Mr. C. L. VonCannon <br />expressing sympathy to him and his family due to the death <br />of Mrs. C. L. VonCannon. Mr. C. L. VonCannon was the first <br />Farmer of the Year in the Cabarrus District. <br />f. It was reported that Supervisors vouchers for the past six <br />meetings are to be completed and mailed to the State office <br />this month. <br />g. Address changes for Supervisors, office personnel and others <br />are to be mailed to the State office. All changes on adresses <br />have been made. <br />h. Chairman Coltrane all Supervisors, Associate Supervisors <br />and office personnel to attend the State meeting in Charlotte <br />at the Holiday inn beginning Monday, January 17, 1972 and <br />ending Wednesday, January 19, 1972. <br />4. Treasurer's Report: <br />a. 1-1-72 NET CASH IN BANK <br />$3112.02 <br />b. It was reported there were no disbursements or deposits made <br />during the month of January. <br />5. A report was made by W. H.
