Mr. Meacham will fill the position previously held by Mr. <br />Kenneth Geathers who was ineligible for reappointment. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Fennel, seconded by Commissioner Carpenter and <br />unanimously carried, the Board appointed Mr. Phillip Meacham to the Cabarrus- <br />Rowan Park Commission for a term of four years. Mr. Meacham's term of <br />appointment will end on July 1, 1998. <br /> <br />Appointment - Concord Planning and Zoning Commission (1) <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Barnhart, seconded by Commissioner Payne and <br />unanimously carried, the Board appointed Mr. Howard F. Schaeffer as an <br />extraterritorial jurisdiction member to the Concord Planning and Zoning <br />Commission for a term of three years ending June 30, 1997. Mr. Schaeffer will <br />fill the position previously held by Mr. 3ohn Swinson who was ineligible for <br />reappointment. <br /> <br />Appointments Regional Advisory Committees of the Centralina Council of <br />Governments <br /> A. Region F Aging Advisory Committee (2) <br /> B. Centralina Development Corporation, Inc. (3) <br /> C. Centralina Private Industry Council (2) <br /> D, Region F Emergency Medical Services Advisory Council (2) <br /> <br />Appointment Domiciliary Home Community Advisory Committee (1) <br /> <br />Appointment Nursing Home Community Advisory Committee (1) <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Payne, seconded by Commissioner Carpenter and <br />unanimously carried, the Board tabled the appointments to the Regional Advisory <br />Committees of the Centralina Council of Governments, the Domiciliary Home <br />Community Advisory Committee and the Nursing Home Community Advisory Committee <br />until the next meeting on July 5, 1994. <br /> <br />Executive Session <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Barnhart, seconded by Commissioner Carpenter and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved to go into executive session to discuss <br />personnel and land acquisition and for consultation with counsel. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Casper, seconded by Commissioner Carpenter and <br />unanimously carried, the executive session was adjourned. <br /> <br />No action was reported. <br /> <br />Financing for the Completion of the Coddle Creek Reservoir <br />Financing for the Construction of the Muddy Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant <br /> Ms. Alison Farrell, County Accountant, presented the following financing <br />proposals which had been received on June'2, 1994 for the completion of the <br />Coddle Creek Reservoir and the construction of the Muddy Creek Wastewater <br />Treatment Plant. <br /> <br /> <br />
