Any type WTS Antenna/Tower provided that the following height limitations shall apply: Type Stealth Co-Location on an existing WTS Tower Attached to or mounted on an existing principal building or structure Free-standing designed and constructed to be capable of Co-location Free-Standing designed and constructed for single provider use *None if designed and constructed for Co-Location Height Limitation (in vertical feet~ None None 150' None 8O Development Standards: Setbacks The following WTS Development shall not be required to provide any additional setbacks except those required by the district in which located for principal buildings and accessory buildings and structures: WTS Development permitted by exceptions to review/approval. WTS Development permitted by Ail Zoning Districts. Board of Adjustment Ail WTS developed pursuant in the G-C, L-I and G-I Districts shall observe the following setbacks: All WTS Tower and Antenna shall meet the minimum setback for the district in which located. Ail Accessory Equipment structures shall meet the accessory building and structures requirements of the district in which located. Where the WTS facility adjoins a residential district an additional setback of one-half (h) the height of the Tower and Antenna shall be provided from the residentially zoned property. Where an Antenna is attached to or mounted on an existing building the height of the building shall not count as part of the Antenna for purposes of determining the required setback. Fencing Free-standing WTS Development shall be surrounded with an eight (8) foot fence capable of preventing unauthorized entry. Buffer and Screening Free-standing WTS Development shall comply with the Buffer and Screening requirement of Chapter 9 in addition to the fencing requirement above. Lights No wireless telecommunication Tower or Antenna shall have affixed or attached to it in any way except during time of repair or installation, any lights, reflectors, flashers, day-time strobes or steady night time light or other illumination devices, except as required by the Federal Aviation Agency, the Federal Communications Commission or the County. This restriction against lights shall not apply to Towers which have been combined with light standards for illumination of ball fields, parking lots, playgrounds, or other similar public uses. Sign and Advertisin8 The use of any portion of a Tower for signs or advertising, other than required warning signs, shall be prohibited. Other Attachments No Antenna or Tower shall have constructed thereon, or attached thereto, any platform, catwalk, crows' nest, or like structure for~the purpose of human support, except during periods of construction or repair.
