He also expressed opposition to approving <br />subdivisions until WSACC reports how water can be adequately supplied to all <br />the new developments. <br />Ms. Morris stated the developer will go to the respective jurisdiction <br />for preliminary plat approval once the Commissioners have approved the <br />Reservation of Capacity Certificate. A brief discussion ensued. <br />The MOTION carried with Chairman White, Vice Chairman Juba and <br />Commissioner Carruth voting for, Commissioner Privette voting against and <br />Commissioner Mynatt abstaining. <br />(G-7) Salloum Ventures, LLC - Sale of Former First Union Bank Building <br />Mike Downs, Deputy County Manager, reported the resolution related to <br />the project's economic impact that is part of the sales contract is not ready <br />at this time. He also reported Salloum Ventures, LLC is also not ready to <br />move forward with the closing and asked the Board to table this item. <br />
