We will address the needs of our patients, provide public
education, and promote community wellness."
I have been asked to propose potential solutions to address the Emergency Medical Services impact related to the
proposed closure. I have listed several options (in order of preference) below that will reduce the impact.
Option 1: Delay closure of Center Grove Road bridges until completion of Brantley Road bridges
Option 2: Provide funding for the temporary placement of an ambulance in the impacted area. I have resources I can
potentially move to provide coverage during the day if funding can be obtained to provide the coverage during the
night. Cost would be $229, 970.88. This represents personnel costs. I can procure the vehicle and temporary station
without cost to you.The numbers represent the annual cost (12 month period).
Option 3: Provide funding for the temporary placement of a paramedic quick response vehicle in the impacted area.
