CABARRUS COUNTY <br /> 1792 <br /> BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> ir REGULAR MEETING <br /> SEPTEMBER 18, 2017 <br /> 6:30 P.M. <br /> AGENDA CATEGORY: <br /> Consent Agenda <br /> SUBJECT: <br /> County Manager - Transfer of Property to the City of Concord <br /> BRIEF SUMMARY: <br /> The Board of Commissioners had previously discussed the possible <br /> transfer of property to the City of Concord for the purpose of constructing <br /> a recreational facility. A letter from the City is attached requesting the <br /> property. In addition, staff and the Board discussed transferring a parcel <br /> off Transport Place in addition to the requested property since the <br /> Transport property may be used to connect bicycle and greenway <br /> facilities.
