The formats and contents of the forms to this document shall be followed in all Contractor <br /> submittals to ensure that the County has parallel and comparable information on all collection areas, <br /> for preparation of Countywide reports. The formats of additional reports, and software used in <br /> preparing them, shall be at the direction of the County. The report shall include a cover letter that <br /> abstracts the report and highlights major accomplishments, problems, trends and other pertinent <br /> information during the preceding month. <br /> b. Annual Reports. The Contractor shall submit to the County an annual report covering <br /> the immediate preceding Contract year.The report shall include the following information and any <br /> other information required to satisfy NCDEQ's Solid Waste and Materials Management Annual <br /> Report: <br /> i. A collated summary of the information contained in the weekly and monthly reports, <br /> including reconciliation of any and/or adjustments from prior reports. <br /> ii. A discussion of highlights and other noteworthy experiences, along with measures to <br /> resolve problems, increase efficiency and increase participation. <br /> iii. A description of all public information programs undertaken with audiences reached <br /> and media used. <br /> iv. Cost analysis annual report and current house count. <br /> The report shall be due no later than thirty (30) calendar days after the twelfth month of each contract <br /> year. The obligation to submit an annual report shall survive the termination or expiration of the <br /> Contract. The Contractor shall submit an annual report for the final year of this agreement no later than <br /> thirty (30) calendar days after the end of each year of the Contract. The Contractor shall cooperate <br /> fully with providing information relevant to reporting requirements. Failure to comply with reporting <br /> requirements shall constitute a breach of the Contract. <br /> 5. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS <br /> The Contractor shall conduct operations under this Contract in compliance with all applicable <br /> laws; provided, however, that the Contract shall govern the obligations of the Contractor where there <br /> exist conflicting ordinances of the County on the subject. <br /> 6. NON-DISCRIMINATION <br /> Contractor shall not discriminate against any person because of race, sex, age,creed,color, <br /> religion or national origin. <br /> 7. RISK ALLOCATION <br /> 7.1 Contractor. Contractor shall be responsible for any and all claims for personal injuries <br /> or death, or the loss of or damage to property to the extent caused by Contractor's negligence or acts of <br /> willful misconduct or those of its subcontractors or agents. <br /> 7.2 County. County shall be responsible for any and all claims for personal injuries or <br /> death, or the loss of or damage to property to the extent caused by the County's negligence or acts of <br /> willful misconduct or those of its contractors or agents. <br /> 8.
