Dear Citizens, <br /> Health concerns continue to be at the fore- <br /> front of every County. Not only childhood <br /> _ obesity and diabetes but overall health and <br /> wellbeing; from physical to mental well- <br /> . ''� being. The senior centers and parks are a <br /> great way to help meet those challenges and <br /> all while having Fun for ALL. <br /> There is new outdoor fitness equipment at <br /> Frank Liske Park, new indoor fitness equip- <br /> ment at the Concord Senior Center, the <br /> le- <br /> Pow <br /> new 180 acre Rob Wallace Park in Midland <br /> with 2 miles of walking trails and 2 miles <br /> of bicycle trails, yoga classes in the parks, <br /> and outreach to the Hispanic community for <br /> ' classes at the Concord Senior Center and the <br /> parks. These are just a few of the new ele- <br /> q op ments aimed at addressing the health issues <br /> of the citizens and provide Fun for ALL. <br /> Going at of the parks or senior centers <br /> Attachment number 1 \n <br /> is a great way to relieve stress and anxiet- <br /> ies. Taking a walk on a trail, watching the <br /> geese, enjoying nature, engaging in a class <br /> or other physical activity, or simply enjoying <br /> the fresh air from a bench will help clear the <br /> mind and bring internal peace.All of these <br /> benefits along with Fun for ALL. <br /> We are proud to be an integral part of this <br /> great County in helping to provide a better <br /> quality of life for all citizens, young, old, <br /> and in between!
