Resolution Amending the <br />Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners' <br />2016 Meeting Schedule <br />Whereas, on December 14, 2015, the Cabarrus County Board <br />of Commissioners adopted a meeting schedule for calendar year <br />2016, which sets forth the dates, times and locations of various official county meetings; <br />Whereas, the Board desires to hold a summit, at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, January <br />28, 2016 at the Cabarrus Arena and Events Center in Concord, North Carolina; <br />Whereas, the Board holds an annual goal- setting /planning retreat in the winter <br />which is set for January 29 at 4:00 p.m. and January 30 at 8:00 a.m. in the Multipurpose <br />Room at the Governmental Center; and <br />Whereas, the Board desires to hold the annual goal- setting /planning retreat in the <br />winter which is set for January 29 at 4:00 p.m. and January 30 at 8:00 a.m. at the Cabarrus <br />Arena and Events Center in Concord, North Carolina; <br />Now, therefore be it resolved, the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners <br />hereby amends its 2016 Meeting Schedule as follows: <br />1. The Board of Commissioners will hold the Cabarrus Summit 2016 1St <br />Quarterly Meeting at 6:00 p.m. on January 28, 2016 at the Arena and <br />Events Center in Concord, North Carolina. <br />2. The Board of Commissioners will hold its annual goal- setting /planning <br />retreat in the winter which is set for January 29 at 4:00 p.m. and January <br />30 at 8:00 a.m. at the Cabarrus Arena and Events Center in Concord, <br />North Carolina. <br />Adopted this the 19th day of January, 2016. <br />Stephen M.
