S. 115C -521 <br />(a) to submit their Facility Needs Assessment (long -range plans) to the <br />State Board of Education. Attached is the Kannapolis City Schools (KCS) <br />Plan. <br />The Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners are required to <br />acknowledge in writing that they have received and reviewed a copy of <br />this survey prior to submission to the State Board of Education.
