The Capital Reserve Expense account is used to adjust the Landfill Closure /Post Closure Liability accounts. A <br />new Closure and Post Closure Estimate has been prepared as of September 2015. To incorporate the changes the liability <br />accounts will need to be increased a total of $823,022.
