(a) Section Two (2) entitled "Lease Term" of the Existing Agreement is deleted and replaced <br />in its entirety as follows: <br />The term of this Sublease shall begin on July 1, 2012 and end on June 30, 2016, <br />unless sooner terminated pursuant to the terms hereof. The Sublease shall be <br />extended on a month -to -month basis beginning on July 1, 2016 and will continue <br />thereafter, unless either Party provides at least fifteen (15) days prior written <br />notice to terminate the Sublease. In the event of holding over by Subtenant <br />without Sublessor's written consent, Subtenant shall pay rent equal to twice the <br />Applicable Rent and Additional Rent plus other sums due from time to time <br />hereunder. <br />3.
