c. The franchise may not be sold, assigned, mortgaged or otherwise transferred without <br />the approval of the County and a finding of conformance with all requirements of Article <br />82. <br />d. The terms of Section 82 -57 of the Ordinance shall be included in the franchise <br />agreement as they relate to termination, suspension, or revocation. <br />e. The Board of Commissioners authorize the County Manager to negotiate and execute <br />the franchise agreement with American TransMed, not inconsistent with this Ordinance, <br />after drafting and review by the County Attorney. <br />APPROVED and ADOPTED in consecutive regular meetings of the Board of Commissioners on <br />April 18, 2016 and May 16, 2016, pursuant to N.C.
