accidents and injuries. Safety meetings and commitment shall include, but shall not be limited <br />to, the following: <br />Wearing the prescribed uniform and safety shoes as required. <br />2. Reporting promptly and in writing, to your supervisor, all injuries and illnesses associated <br />with the jobs. <br />3. Reporting, no matter how slight, all fires, accidental damage to property, hazardous <br />material spills and other emergency occurrences to your supervisor. <br />4. Disposing of all hazardous materials in an acceptable and lawful manner. <br />5. Working under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs is specifically forbidden. Use of <br />prescription drugs, which may affect your alertness or work abilities, shall be reported to <br />your supervisor (49 CFR parts 40, 653, and 654). <br />6.
