AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CABARRUS COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE <br />TEXT2016- 00012, TEXT2016 -00013 <br />BE IT ORDAINED that the Cabarrus Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended as follows: <br />DELETE current Chapter 13, REPLACE with new Chapter 13 <br />DELETE current Chapter 4, REPLACE with new Chapter 4 <br />BE IT ALSO ORDAINED that the Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended as <br />follows: <br />RENUMBER AND REVISE the Table of Contents and page numbers in the Cabarrus County <br />Zoning Ordinance to correspond to the text changes. <br />Adopted this 17 day of October, 2016 by the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners. <br />Stephen M.
