3. When the Average Commodity Revenue (ACR) is above the Threshold Price, <br /> Sonoco will pay 55% of the amount over the Threshold Price to the County for <br /> Recovered Materials with no limit. <br /> 4. When the ACR is below the Threshold Price, the County will pay Sonoco the <br /> difference that ACR is below the Threshold Price for Recovered materials, but at <br /> no time will such payment exceed the Maximum Charge. <br /> 5. The Threshold Price and Maximum Charge will be adjusted annually, not to <br /> exceed 2% for every annual renewal of the Agreement. <br /> Pricing For Recyclable Commodities Other Than Curbside Single Stream <br /> Recyclable Delivered to Sonoco's Salisbury or Charlotte Plants. <br /> Sonoco shall pay the County for the listed recyclables as follows: <br /> 1. Payment for Grade 11 Old Corrugated Containers (OCC) will be 100 percent of <br /> the High Side for OCC less $20.00 per ton for deliver to either Salisbury or <br /> Charlotte plants. <br /> 2. Payment for Grade 2 Mixed Paper will be 100 percent of the High Side of Mixed <br /> Paper less $20.00 per ton delivered to either the Salisbury or Charlotte plant. <br /> 3. Payment for Grade 37 Sorted Office Paper (SOP) will be 40 percent of the high <br /> side for SOP delivered to Salisbury plant. <br /> 4. Payment for Grade 37 Sorted Office Paper (SOP) will be 100 percent of the High <br /> Side of SOP less $20.00 for delivery to the Charlotte plant. <br /> 5. Commingled plastics and other materials collected from school or business <br /> recycling programs shall be a no pay and no charge delivered at the Salisbury <br /> plant. <br /> The Sonoco Recycling Difference <br /> 1. The County of Cabarrus will have complimentary direct access to our password <br /> secure web based pay statement program. <br /> 2. The web based program provides real time data for all tonnage data including <br /> date delivered, truck numbers, tonnage amount and payment per ton. <br /> 3.
