Box 707 Concord, NC 28026 Hereinafter called the Lessor, and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, hereinafter called the Government: WHEREAS, (lie parties hereto desire to amend the above Lease. NOW 'THEREFORE, these parties for the consideration hereinafter mentioned covenant and agree that the said Lease is amended, effective July 1, 2011 upon execution by the Government, as follows: This Supplemental Lease Agreement (SLA) is issued to refelct the following: I . Government hereby extends the lease for a 2 -year term beginning duly 1, 2011 through June 30, 2013. 2. Effective July 1, 2011 the Government will pay the Lesor annual rent of $30,012.00 payable at a rate of $2,501.00 per month (representing $12.30 per square foot for 2440 net usable square feet) in arrears. 3. The space at the above -noted premises must be ill full compliance with the Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABASS) 4. The following attached document is incorporated into this agreement and made a part thereof: AGAR 425.204 -71 Personal Identity Verification of Contractor Employees (Oct 2007) All other terms and conditions of the Lease shall remain in force and effect.
