GENERAL SERVICES ADMIPIISTRATION SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT DATE PUBLIC BUILDINGS SERVICE SUPPLEMENTAL LEASE AGREEMENT No. 1 TO LBASE NO, Cabarnts/Mecklenburg COUNTY, North Carolina ADDRESS OF PREMISES 715 Cabarrtts Avenue West, Room 201 Concord, NC 28027 THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this date by and between: County of Cabarrus/Mecklenburg Whose address is: 65 Church Street, SE P.O. Box 707 Concord, NC 28026 Hereinafter called the Lessor, and the UNITED STATES OF AN4FRICA, hereinafter called the Government: WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to amend the above Lease. NOW THEREFORE, these parties for the consideration hereinafter mentioned covenant and agree that the said Lease is amended, effective July 1, 2011 upon execution by the Government, as follows: This Supplemental Lease Agreement (SLA) is issued to refelct the following: 1. Government hereby extends the lease for a 2 -year term beginning July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2013. 2. Effective July I, 2011 the Government will pay tie Lesor annual rent of $30,012.00 payable at a rate of $2,501.00 per month (representing $12.30 per square foot for 2440 net usable square feet) in arrears. 3. The space at tle above -noted premises must be in full compliance with the Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABASS) 4. The following attached document is incorporated into this agreement and made a part thereof: AGAR 425.204 -71 Personal Identity Verification of Contractor Employees (Oct 2007) All other terms and conditions of the Lease shall remain in force and effect.
