transportation vans for Special Olympics activities and programs. Should anyone other <br />than County employees be driving these vans, such persons must comply with the <br />County's ordinance or policy governing County vehicle operation. <br />10. The Schools will continue the Program in a manner meeting or exceeding the <br />quality of the administration of the Program during the previous five (5) year period. <br />11. Except as specifically agreed to by the County, the Schools will assume all <br />financial responsibilities for the Program. The Schools will supply the County with a <br />current financial statement of the Program upon request. The Schools Special Olympics <br />Coordinator shall assume all financial responsibilities relating to the North Carolina <br />Special Olympics State Pool Banking Account, <br />12. The Schools will continue to be responsible for overall supervision and <br />organization of the Program during the term of this Agreement. <br />13. Either party may terminate this Agreement without cause upon six (6) months <br />prior written notice to the other party. <br />14. This Agreement may not be amended except in writing and signed by both <br />parties. <br />15.
