34. Movina Van, Truck or Trailer Rental <br />Office /Limited Commercial, General Commercial, Limited Industrial districts <br />a. The outdoor display area may not exceed 60,000 square feet. <br />b. All outside storage areas including dumpsters must be: <br />• sited to the rear of the building, <br />• within the setbacks required of the building's underlying zone, and <br />• made unnoticeable from both residential adjacent properties and public <br />rights -of -way through installation of either fencing or vegetative screening. <br />c. Parking areas for rentals shall be located a minimum of 50 feet from any <br />residentially zoned or used property. <br />d. Lighting for outdoor storage areas shall be designed such that it does not spill over <br />onto adjacent properties. <br />35. Nursery, Daycare Center <br />Agricultural /Open, Countryside Residential, Low Density Residential, Medium Density <br />Residential, High Density Residential /Mixed Use, Office /Institutional, Office /Limited <br />Commercial, General Commercial districts <br />a. A copy of the N.C. State license issued to the facility is required (See NCGS 110, <br />Child Welfare). <br />b. Evidence that the N.C. Department of Transportation has issued driveway permits for <br />the facility. Applicant should submit copies with site plan review application. <br />c. Adequate access to and from the site to accommodate traffic generated, including <br />any required roadway improvements, shall be shown on the site plan. <br />d. Drop off and pick up areas shall be interior to the site, out of the public right -of -way, <br />and designed so as not to interfere with internal circulation and ingress /egress to the <br />site. <br />e. The facility must have access to a State maintained road. <br />36. Office, Professional 5,000 Square Feet or Less <br />High Density Residential /Mixed Use district <br />a. Maximum square footage shall not exceed 5,000 square feet for all enclosed <br />structures <br />b.
