All outside storage areas including dumpsters must be: <br />o sited to the rear of the building, <br />o within the setbacks required of the building's underlying zone, and <br />o made unnoticeable from both residential adjacent properties and public <br />rights -of -way through installation of either fencing or vegetative <br />screening. <br />b.
