The Community Transit System providing ADA <br />services for an Urban Transit System has been a successful union for Cabarrus County and <br />CK Rider Transit for the last decade. CK Rider Transit puts this contract at $83,000 per <br />year. The financial plan of the 2015 CK Rider Transit TDP estimates the contract cost for <br />"additional" complementary ADA service through 2024 to be $2,866,000, the bulk of which, <br />$1,966,500, is associated with 4,633 new service expansion hours (which is proposed to <br />Attachment number 1 \n <br />F -3 Page 151 <br />
