These nine initiatives could be bundled into a strategy #4, however there is no central theme and the details would be lost in the countless lines of input it would take to describe the funding elements. This strategy relies on Urban 5307 funding and would most likely only be initiated if the systems decide to consolidate. It has a component for private participation. This initiative could be restructured to a slightly smaller scale project (i.e. the five bus stops served by the feeder service) if private partnership proved successful.
