NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cabarrus County Board of <br />Commissioners hereby: <br />1. Approves and ratifies the attached Interlocal Agreement For Regional Radio System <br />Governance by and among the City of Charlotte, Mecklenburg County and other <br />users of the Regional Radio System (the "Regional Radio Interlocal"); and <br />2. Appoints the person fulfilling the job of County Manager to serve as "Primary <br />Representative" for Cabarrus County, under the terms of the Regional Radio <br />Interlocal Agreement; <br />3. Authorizes the Cabarrus County Manager to appoint another person to serve as <br />Representative under the Regional Radio Interlocal Agreement in the event the above <br />named person leaves Cabarrus County employment or is no longer willing or able to <br />serve for any reason; <br />4. Authorizes the person serving as Representative to represent Cabarrus County with <br />respect to all matters within the Regional Radio Advisory Council's authority under <br />the Regional Radio Interlocal Agreement. <br />Adopted this the 21' day of January, 2014. <br />Elizabeth F.
