An entity may submit multiple parcel applications, but regardless of the number of parcels only one entity application is needed. The completion of the Entity Application is required for all entities interested in entering into a cooperative agreement for financial assistance through the FRPP. The entity application is to be submitted along with the entire FRPP application package. I.
