An entity may submit multiple parcel applications, but regardless of the number of <br />parcels only one entity application is needed. The completion of the Entity Application is <br />required for all entities interested in entering into a cooperative agreement for financial <br />assistance through the FRPP. The entity application is to be submitted along with the entire <br />FRPP application package. <br />I.
