4. Entities must provide the following information to be eligible for FRPP. If an element is <br />embedded within a document please cite the page number. <br />A. State, Tribal, or local government statute or ordinance or non - governmental <br />organization mission statement to verify the following: <br />I Existence of an established farmland protection program: <br />Attachment ID and/or Page citation (if embedded) <br />2 Authority and demonstrated capability to acquire conservation easements: <br />Attachment ID and /or Page citation (if embedded) <br />Authority and demonstrated capability to hold, manage, or enforce conservation <br />easements: <br />Attachment ID and /or Page citation (if embedded) <br />B. List and total number of easements acquired, held, managed, and /or enforced by the <br />cooperating entity to verify commitment to long -term conservation of agricultural or <br />ranch lands through use of voluntary conservation easements. <br />Attachment ID F <br />C.
