NC <br />General Statute (122c.251) requires that the governing board for the jurisdiction in which this service is to occur <br />must first pass a resolution and transportation plan allowing it to happen. Please consider this letter and its <br />attachments a formal request for Board consideration on this matter. <br />Critical points for consideration include: <br />Carolina's Healthcare will carry all program costs. There will be no costs to the County. The contract <br />between the CHS and G4S is attached hereto for your consideration. <br />This program has been approved by Wake and Mecklenburg County boards. The corresponding Wake <br />resolutions is attached hereto for your consideration. We are awaiting the Mecklenburg copy, that will be <br />provide soon. <br />G4S will onlyfacilitate transfers to and from CHS facilities. <br />We welcome the opportunity to answer any questions you may have about the program.
