DIRECTORS AND MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL_ <br />THE MANAGEMENTSTAFF WILL: <br />1. Communicate the agency's EEO policies and familiarize employees with the <br />Affirmative Action Plan; <br />2. Assist in problem identification and establishment of goals and objectives; <br />3. Review qualifications of all employees to ensure minorities and females are given full <br />promotional and transfer opportunities; <br />4. Analyze and evaluate employment practices; <br />EMPLOYEES <br />EMPLOYEES WILL: <br />1. Aid Directors in carrying out their responsibilities with regard to the Equal <br />Employment Opportunity Program; <br />3. Apply all laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures fairly and impartially to all <br />persons, without regard to race, color, sex, age, or national origin; <br />4. Exhibit an attitude of mutual respect, courtesy, and cooperation toward fellow <br />employees and - the public. <br />DiSTRiBUTION OF THE PLAN AND POLICY <br />INTERNAL DISTRIBUTION <br />in order to ensure that the Salisbury -rowan Community Action Agency, inc. is an Equal <br />Employment Opportunity agency, the Affirmative Action Plan will be submitted to the <br />SRCAA, inc.
