No human service agency or <br />organization has been billed by the transit system for any of the trips reported in this <br />column. The cost of these trips may have been covered by ROAP funds allocated to and <br />used at the discretion of the transit system. The cost could also have been covered by <br />grant funds, local funds or funds generated by the transit system for general public trips. <br />Report trips that were provided for persons from the community who were not entitled to <br />transportation services paid for by the human service agencies or organizations with <br />whom the transit system has a contractual relationship. Attendents should be counted. <br />41 <br />39 <br />Passenger Trips: Medicaid Contract <br />Enter the number of trips billed to DSS for Medicaid eligible transportation. Attendents <br />42 <br />should be counted. <br />40 Passenger Trips: Non - Medicaid Contract Enter the number of non - Medicaid trips billed to human service agencies or others with <br />whom the system has a contractual relationship. Attendents should be counted. <br />43 <br />41 Vehicle "Service" Hours Enter the vehicle service hours operated in the month. For deviated fixed -route service <br />vehicle service hours are the total time in hours for the reporting period that all vehicles <br />travel in revenue service. Vehicle revenue hours exclude deadhead, operator training, <br />and vehicle maintenance testing, as well as school bus and charter services.
