This includes the hours of personal vehicles used in <br />service. No human service agency or <br />organization has been billed by the transit system for any of the trips reported in this <br />column. The cost of these trips may have been covered by ROAP funds allocated to and <br />used at the discretion of the transit system. The cost could also have been covered by <br />grant funds, local funds or funds generated by the transit system for general public trips. <br />Report trips that were provided for persons from the community who were not entitled to <br />transportation services paid for by the human service agencies or organizations with <br />whom the transit system has a contractual relationship.
