For demand response /subscription <br />service annual vehicle service miles are the total amount of miles for the reporting period <br />that all vehicles travel from the time they pull out to go into revenue service to the time <br />they pull in from revenue service. This includes the miles of personal vehicles used in <br />service. Do not include miles spent providing incidental services such as meal or service <br />delivery. <br />70 <br />67 <br />Passenger Trips: Non - Contract <br />Enter the number of non - contract unlinked passenger trips. No human service agency or <br />organization has been billed by the transit system for any of the trips reported in this <br />column. The cost of these trips may have been covered by ROAP funds allocated to and <br />used at the discretion of the transit system. The cost could also have been covered by <br />grant funds, local funds or funds generated by the transit system for general public trips. <br />Report trips that were provided for persons from the community who were not entitled to <br />transportation services paid for by the human service agencies or organizations with <br />whom the transit system has a contractual relationship.
