It shall also be <br />wired to a 115 Volt Broan 1000 watt minimum, with internal thermostat, which shall be installed in the face of <br />the squad bench at the head end. There is to be a light and buzzer alarm system which shall sound and light up <br />when the shoreline is connected and the ignition turned on. <br />This wiring shall comply with AMD Standard 009. <br />Does your bid comply? Yes _X_ No <br />Rear Control Switch Panel <br />All switches and controls for the patient compartment including those for the heat and air units shall be <br />located on a service panel in the action area. These switches shall be of the same design and construction as <br />found on the front control switch panel. The panel shall be connected to the electronic control module by a <br />computer cable. The panel shall include but not be limited to, controls for patient compartment dome lights, <br />fluorescent lights, action area light, vacuum system, electric oxygen solenoid, three -light silent intercom, and <br />three spare switches for future use. The switch for the vacuum system must be red in color as opposed to all <br />the rest being standard black. These switches shall not be activated unless the "MASTER" switch on the front <br />control switch panel is in the "ON" position. There shall also be a digital 12/24 hour clock with a timer <br />function incorporated into the rear switch panel. <br />Does your bid comply? Yes _X_ No <br />Marking of Switches. Indicators and Control Devices <br />All switches, indicators and control devices supplied by the ambulance manufacturer shall employ <br />permanently engraved translucent labels.
