Does your bid comply? Yes _X_ No <br />Internal 12 Volt DC Power <br />The patient compartment shall be furnished with a 12 Volt DC 20 ampere capacity, separately protected <br />circuit, with two (2) power outlet receptacles, battery hot at all times. (1) Outlet shall be located in the action <br />wall area and (1) in the Advanced Life Support cabinet (Upper section). The outlets shall have top hinged <br />covers and be labeled "12V ". <br />Does your bid comply? Yes _X_ No <br />115 Volt AC Utility Power <br />The vehicle shall be furnished with a 2 -wire plus ground 115 -volt AC wiring system that is separate and distinct <br />from the vehicle's 12 -volt DC wiring system. The 115 -volt AC electrical system, including wiring and associated <br />equipment, shall comply with Article 551 of the National Electrical Code and with AMD Standard 009. This <br />system is to be used while the vehicle is on standby for powering maintenance devices, medical equipment, <br />battery chargers, and for any other device(s) deemed necessary by the Purchaser. The 115 -volt system shall <br />incorporate a 15- ampere ground fault interrupter (GFI) device. <br />Does your bid comply? Yes _X_ No <br />115 Volt Outlets and Inverter Wiring <br />The ambulance shall have a minimum 1200 watt pure sine wave power inverter with 55 amp battery charger <br />installed. The wiring shall include three (3) duplex - grounded, lighted, hospital grade outlets; one (1) in the <br />action wall area, one (1) in the monitor area and one (1) in the Advanced Life Support cabinet. Either the <br />inverter or the shoreline, with an automatic transfer switch to prevent power interruptions, will power these <br />outlets. The interior outlets shall illuminated indicating power at the outlet. This wiring shall comply with <br />AMD Standard 009. <br />Does your bid comply? Yes _X_ No <br />Shoreline and Accessory Equipment <br />A shoreline inlet shall be installed on the vehicle street side exterior ahead of the oxygen compartment door. <br />This inlet wiring shall connect to the 115 -volt AC outlets in the patient compartment. This inlet shall be rated <br />at 115 -volt AC, 30 amperes, Hubbell twist lock, and be permanently marked as such.
