We failed to complete any rehabilitations this year. We <br />attempted to qualify a number of applicants, however, debt, equity, loins and other financial issues <br />prohibited most applicants. We finally qualified a family and signed rehab contracts prior to June 30` " <br />The process of qualification was long due to substantial amounts of lead.
