BMPs also include treatment requirements, <br />operating procedures, and practices to control site runoff, spillage or leaks, sludge or waste <br />disposal, or drainage from raw material storage. <br />BLUEWAY - A water path or water trail that is developed with launch points and points of <br />interest for canoeists and kayakers. <br />BOAT WORKS AND SALES - Establishments primarily engaged in the repair and /or sales of <br />boats or personal watercraft. <br />BULK GRAIN STOR EM- Establishments where bulk grain is stored for future use or <br />processing. <br />BUILDING €IGHT "The vertical distance from grade to the highest point of the building. The <br />height limitations of this Ordinance do not apply to passive solar collectors, church spires, <br />belfries, cupolas and domes not intended for human occupancy. <br />BUS STATION, BUS TERMINAL - A structure or building where busses stop to pick up and <br />drop off passengers. <br />CAMPGROUND - A plot, parcel, or tract of land upon which two or more campsites are <br />located, established, or maintained for occupancy by camping units as temporary living <br />quarters for recreation, education, or vacation purposes. <br />CAR WASH - An establishment that provides washing and cleaning of passenger or <br />recreational vehicles by hand, by use of automated equipment or by self- service facilities. <br />Chapter 2 Page 5 of 29 <br />Revised 2013 <br />Attachment number 2 <br />G -1 Page 292 <br />
