Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance <br />Chapter 4- Overlay Districts and Zones <br />2. The various zones are hereby established and defined in Column <br />(B) of the following table. No structure or tree shall be erected, <br />altered, allowed to grow or be maintained in any of the zones <br />created by these regulations to a height in excess of the applicable <br />height limit herein established for such zone.
